Our warranty scope
We firmly believe our YATEC hot runner is the best and our warranty service as well.But it is out of our warranty scope for any damages cuased factitiously.Except above, some quick-wear fittings such as seal ring, tip of the nozzle,valve needle(cover) etc, are excluded as well.

No strings warranty
Some companies might offer a longer warranty period, 5 years even 10 years, however, it must be some additional conditions to limit their long period warranty policy.Exceed their terms, your products are not warranted any more, fore example, you only bought some of their fittings but fixed them into the mould or temperature controller from other companies.
